The customer needed a real time bridge from their NT Remedy Server running HelpDesk 4.0 to an external Clarify system.

In just two days, a proof-of-concept bridge was built using Meta-Update and Meta-Extract.

Instead of hiring API programmers to write the Remedy integration part of the bridge, they used Meta-Update and did the java part themselves. Savings: about $60,000, three months, and countless headaches.
