Meta-Update is available for NT and Unix - Sun Sparc Solaris, Intel ix86 Linux. All programs from this page may be used on Windows, Sun Sparc Solaris 8 or ix86 Linux systems against an ARS servers running on any system. There are versions available for ARS versions 7 through 5.1. All versions are compatible to all servers however a lower version tan your server will ignore fields of types introduced in the later versions. You may need to download the Remedy dlls or shared libraries. They are provided here for convenience. You will need a license key to run Meta-Update. You may obtain a free 30-day key with no restrictions on use. See Licensing.

For a Unix version not listed here, please Contact Us. The license key can be applied to a form on your server. The .def file for that form is SoftwareToolHouse.def. Use the admin tool to import the table. Please also download the Meta-Update User's Guide.

			Remedy ARS Version 7			Notes
	Windows Meta-Update Distribution including ARS dlls		Download			This is the single distribution zip file for the current version Meta-Update. It includes the documentation, all binaries, ARS dlls, and samples. Once downloaded, simply extract the files to the installation directory.

	bin\*		Contains the Meta-Update programs and dlls.
	mfc\*		Contains extra Meta-Update required dlls that may be missing from some Windows installations.
