Mass Update You've added a field to a Ticket form for statistical purposes: the assignee's skill level, available on the assignee's people record. You want all previous requests to be updated with this value. You simply issue a command like this: SthMupd  Ini Sec -p Ticket The Meta-Update utility loads the required People record from the assignee id stored in the Ticket and updates that ticket with the required data from the loaded people record. When you sell a product (submit a Product Master), you want as many new entries created in Product Detail as there are services in the Product Catalogue.
