Background
  • An Order Provisioning Task schema is used for provisioning many sets of Products, each with a hierarchy of tables.
  • Users completing tasks find it difficult to gather all the information required from diverse forms.
     
Objective    
Have a Mail Me button on the Task form.

With it, the user gets a fully formatted email containing all the data for the Order from the tree of schemas represented by that Product Application.

Normal Solution:
Impossible to do without developing an API process.

How maintainable will it be? How configurable?
