Meta-Update and other Software Tool House programs only operate when they can connect and sign in to either an ARS server of a ServiceNow instance. You must have a valid account on an ARS or ServiceNow server and IP Access to that server for these applications to run.

Before you can use Meta-Update or other Software Tool House programs on an ARS or ServiceNow server, you must obtain a license key for that server. Trial licenses are supported and are free. After you fill in the license request form, you will receive a support id and a license key.

To download Meta-Update or other Software Tool House products, you'll need a valid license key and support user id.

Once you've signed on to Support, you will be able to download binaries and distributions.
