Logica's offshore team implemented customer by customer migrations by themselves after a one-hour PowerPoint Session with the UK Managers. Logica are now using Meta-Update to migrate Customer foundation data changes across server environments.

The Met. Office's ITSM 7 implementation resulted in ComputerSystem CIs that were not Computer Systems! Relationships to other CIs, Changes, Tickets, People were built over a year of production usage.

A fixed price script was developed that processed a spreadsheet of class transition specs and the Product Catalog, all CIs and relationships were placed in their correct classes - in two days.
