Please copy the value for "Server-Name" in the ARS Config file here.

Server Name

You may get this from the AR User Tool's Home Page by clicking "AR Server Administration", then "Server", "General", "Server Information" on the left side menus. Copy the value of the "Server Name Alias" field.
You could also simply grep 'Server Alias' from your server's ar.conf (ar.cfg) file.
