Here, we offer an Excel 2016 spreadsheet contaning a list of the schemas (forms) and fields from an ITSM 21.3 (2022-Mar-20) containerised server.

This server was kindly provided by BMC for its partners and we thank BMC.

ITSM, as you are all too aware, is large. There are 366,933 fields in 5,324 forms. That's about 1200 forms and 66,000 fields more than 9.1.08.

These spreadsheets were built by running Meta-Schema against BMC ITSM and ServiceNow servers.

Meta-Schema is bundled with Meta-Update and provides CSVs and reports of form structures and workflow.
